Dionne Mallens is a former police detective turned entrepreneur, now Co-Founder and Head of Operations at Renegade RevOps. With a background spanning sales and operations across various sectors including commercial energy, marketing technology, food service and charity leadership, Dionne specialises in building systems that help ambitious businesses generate consistent, high-quality opportunities.

Tom Mallens, Co-Founder of Renegade RevOps, has spent over two decades in sales, a decade of which has been training and coaching sales teams across industries including engineering, manufacturing, and industrial technology. His focus is on equipping leaders and teams with the strategies to build predictable pipelines, close profitable deals, and scale sustainably.
